The bag looks fine on the outside, but the inside organization is disappointing. There are hardly any useful pockets, so everything just kind of ends up thrown together. It’s “okay” if you don’t carry much, but for daily use, it’s not very practical.

This is a good little bag. It fits more than I expected. The main space is really useful. I do wish the pockets were better though

I bought this bag specifically because it was supposed to fit cabin rules, but when I got to the gate the airline said it was too big. Really frustrating, because that was the whole reason I bought it. I ended up having to pay extra, which was annoying, especially since I thought I had checked the size properly. Just really annoying to deal with at the airport

The bags look kind of boxy and a bit cheap in person, so they’re just not really my style. Also, the reminders to leave a review were way too aggressive, which made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

I was just trying to buy a backpack, and I swear this site was determined to stop me. It kept freezing, the menus made zero sense, and checkout was a total mess. After about 15 minutes of dealing with it, I gave up completely. There is no doubt in my mind this was one of the most frustrating shopping attempts ever

I only used it for one trip and the zipper already broke. Disappointing because I expected it to hold up at least a little longer. not sure I’d buy this again.

I really wanted to like this bag because, it looked nice when I first got it. But after using it for a bit, the material just feels kind of thin and cheaper than I expected for the price, if that makes sense. The corners started getting scuffed after only a few weeks, and now I keep looking at it thinking, yeah, this probably isn’t going to hold up long term.
The bigger issue for me was the water resistance, or lack of it. I got caught in some light rain, nothing crazy, and somehow my stuff inside still ended up feeling damp. Maybe I was expecting too much, but if something is supposed to be water resistant, I feel like it should handle a little rain. Overall, disappointing

I don’t know, this just didn’t feel worth the money to me. The bag is fine, I guess, but it feels basic overall, and for the price I was kind of expecting something nicer or better quality. You can probably find something really similar for less, so yeah, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I’ve been using my CabinZero bag for a few months now for work and short trips, and it’s been really handy. The material feels solid, and the zips have worked fine without any issues. I’ve stuffed it under seats and into overhead bins plenty of times, and it still looks good overall. There are a few little scuffs, but nothing that bothers me. I’d give it 5 stars if the straps were a bit thicker, but it’s a simple, useful bag that does the job well

I really do like the bags, but the whole stock situation has been frustrating. The color and size I wanted were out of stock for weeks, and then another style I was considering disappeared too. I signed up for restock emails, but they didn’t help much because by the time I checked, it was already gone again. The site itself is easy enough to use, but it’s hard to trust the availability updates now. At this point, it feels like a hassle just trying to buy the bag I actually want.

In the end, I couldn’t really use it because the color shade was wrong. I was expecting something closer to what was shown, but when it arrived, it looked noticeably different. It’s a bit disappointing because everything else seemed fine, but the shade just didn’t work for me.

I reached out and waited several days, but still haven’t heard anything back. Just sharing so others know what to expect, if you need a quick answer or support, you might want to have a backup option ready or try contacting them another way...

I had a problem with one of the straps on my CabinZero bag, so I reached out to their warranty support. They asked me to send over some photos and proof of purchase, and after that they got it sorted without making it a big hassle. Replies took a few days here and there, so it wasn’t super quick, but in the end they helped me out and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I’ve been using this for a bit and it fits way more than I thought it would, which is probably why it feels easy to carry too. The zips work fine, not amazing or anything, but they do the job. Overall I’m happy with it

I actually like how this bag sits on my back, it feels comfortable once it’s on and doesn’t bounce around or feel awkward or anything. The only thing is the straps are a little stiff, like I keep thinking they’ll probably soften up over time, but right now they could definitely be a bit more cushy.

I really like the size and look of this cabinzero bag. It fit a lot more than I expected and was easy to carry around. But the zipper is feel a bit rough, especially when the bag is full. One of the pull tabs also felt kind of cheap, so I do worry it might break later. The buckles and clips are okay, not terrible, but they wasn’t as solid as I hoped for the price. Still, the bag is usable and I like it overall, just not perfect.

I ordered a black 36L bag, but what showed up was a totally different size and color. The receipt had the right item listed, so clearly the order itself was correct, but whoever packed it just sent the wrong thing. I needed it for a trip, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. What really annoyed me was having to explain over and over that the receipt was right but the actual bag wasn’t. Just felt careless, and I’m not happy with the experience.

I don’t remember every little detail about using it, but the things that stuck with me weren’t great. The handle started fraying quickly, and the shoulder strap was uncomfortable enough that I definitely noticed it every time I carried it for more than a few minutes.
